Our client, a prominent Bay Area family, is seeking a professional and highly reliable Private Driver to support daily transportation needs for both family members and the principal. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Redwood City, CA, offering excellent benefits, a company-provided vehicle, and long-term stability. The ideal candidate is polished, safety-focused, discreet, and experienced supporting high-profile individuals and families. This role requires a strong service mindset, exceptional judgment, and the ability to navigate the Bay Area efficiently while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. What You’ll Do

• Provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation for the principal and family members throughout the Bay Area

• Manage daily school drop-offs and pickups for children

• Drive the principal to meetings, appointments, airports, and other engagements

• Maintain flexibility to accommodate schedule changes and evolving transportation needs

• Ensure the vehicle remains clean, fueled, serviced, and in excellent operating condition

• Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic patterns to optimize travel time

• Coordinate with household staff and family members to ensure seamless scheduling

• Assist with occasional errands and additional transportation-related requests as needed

• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of experience as a Private Driver supporting an individual, executive, or private family

• Clean driving record with an impeccable safety history

• Strong knowledge of Bay Area roads, traffic patterns, and airport logistics

• Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of discretion, reliability, and trustworthiness

• Ability to remain calm, flexible, and adaptable in a dynamic environment

• Comfortable working with children and supporting family logistics

• Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals or families is strongly preferred

• Ability to relocate to the Bay Area if not currently local

• Approximately 40 hours per week

• Monday through Saturday, with Saturday consisting of a half day

$50–$55 per hour, depending on experience
