Our client is a leading, multi-asset investment platform seeking a Head of Executive Operations & Logistics to support the Office of the Principal. This is a highly visible, senior-level role reporting into the Chief of Staff, responsible for building, leading, and executing the full logistics ecosystem across both business and personal operations.

Location: Miami, FL travel as needed- open to relocation

About the Role

This individual will serve as the central command point across calendar, travel, and movement-ensuring seamless coordination in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator who thrives under pressure, brings structure to complexity, and is equally comfortable leading teams as they are executing in real time.

Responsibilities:

Executive Logistics Command & Ownership

• Own and optimize all domestic and international travel, including private aviation, commercial flights, ground transportation, accommodations, and security
• Serve as the central hub for all logistics, ensuring flawless execution across multi-location schedules
• Coordinate directly with pilots, drivers, security teams, and external partners

Calendar, Movement & Priority Integration

• Oversee integration of calendar, travel, and physical movement across all activities
• Act as final escalation point for scheduling conflicts and prioritization decisions
• Ensure real-time alignment across all stakeholders with zero execution gaps

Team Leadership & Accountability

• Lead and manage executive and personal assistant teams
• Establish and enforce workflows, operating standards, and accountability
• Operate as a player/coach—stepping in when needed while elevating team performance

Vendor Strategy & Infrastructure

• Manage relationships with aviation, transportation, hospitality, and security vendors
• Negotiate service levels and continuously improve vendor performance
• Build scalable systems and redundancies to support a global, high-frequency schedule

Real-Time Execution & Problem Solving

• Anticipate and resolve issues proactively before they impact operations
• Lead through ambiguity with composure, precision, and urgency
• Maintain continuity across all logistics regardless of last-minute changes

Qualifications:

Experience

• 12–20 years in high-intensity, high-accountability environments supporting senior principals
• Experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth individuals, senior government officials, or similarly complex roles
• Proven track record managing global logistics and leading high-performing team

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required
