We’re building an elite hospitality team to support one of the most prestigious international soccer events hosted in the U.S. As a Sporting Event Staff, you’ll play a key role in guiding VIP guests and fans through the hospitality footprint, ensuring a seamless, confident, and enjoyable match-day journey.

What You’ll Be Doing
Guide the guest journey
- Provide clear, proactive direction throughout the venue’s hospitality footprint
- Support smooth movement between entrances, lounges, suites, and amenities
- Anticipate guest needs and help reduce confusion or congestion before it occurs
Be a visible ambassador
- Act as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for VIP guests and fans
- Answer general inquiries with confidence and professionalism
- Represent the event, venue, and brand with a polished, welcoming presence
Support operations and flow
- Maintain awareness of crowd flow, venue updates, and operational changes
- Adjust guidance in real time based on match-day conditions
- Work in alignment with event standards and protocols
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and neighboring teams to ensure consistency
