MVA / PI Intake Specialist
Location: Clearwater, FL — In-Person
Compensation: $50,000, with flexibility based on experience
About the Role
Our client is a growing law firm seeking multiple Intake Professionals to join their team and support their Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and Personal Injury (PI) practice. This role will be primarily focused on MVA/PI intake, with the opportunity to support additional practice areas, including mass torts, as needed.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling intake within a motor vehicle accident or personal injury environment and be comfortable working directly with prospective clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage intake for prospective MVA and PI clients
- Communicate with prospective clients to gather relevant case and incident information
- Evaluate and qualify potential leads based on established criteria
- Maintain accurate and detailed client information and intake records
- Coordinate with attorneys and internal teams to ensure qualified leads are properly transitioned
- Follow up with prospective clients throughout the intake process
- Provide intake support for other practice areas, including mass torts, as needed
- Deliver a professional, empathetic, and client-focused experience
Qualifications
- Prior experience in MVA, personal injury, or legal intake required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively gather and assess information from prospective clients
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong judgment and ability to identify qualified leads
- Professional, personable, and client-focused approach
- Ability to work in person at the firm's Clearwater office
