Compensation: $175K–$190K Base Benefits
We are seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to join a prestigious luxury waterfront resort in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic hospitality leader to oversee a large-scale, multi-outlet F&B operation, driving exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, lounges, banquets, and in-room dining.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing F&B leadership team.
- Manage budgets, labor costs, revenue growth, and overall financial performance.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on menu development, service standards, and strategic initiatives.
- Drive innovation while maintaining exceptional luxury hospitality standards.
Ideal Candidate:
- 7–10 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience within luxury hotels or resorts.
- Currently holds a Director of Food & Beverage title.
- Strong background overseeing multiple F&B outlets and large teams.
- Excellent financial acumen, wine knowledge, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to elevate guest experiences and maximize profitability.
