We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Recruiter for a contract role with one of our financial services clients. This position is 100% onsite in Raleigh, NC, offering the opportunity to work closely with a high-performing HR team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of corporate roles across departments such as operations, finance, and compliance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified talent
- Coordinate interview schedules, provide candidate feedback, and facilitate the offer process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in corporate recruiting, preferably within a high-volume or fast-paced environment
- Experience recruiting in the financial services industry is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms

- Contract Role: Duration approximately 3 months with potential for extension
