We’re looking for a hands-on and driven Accounts Payable Manager for one of our clients! The Accounts Payable Manager will lead their AP operations in a growing, multi-entity environment. This full-time, onsite position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and leading a high-performing team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while strengthening controls and supporting the broader finance function.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Oversee end-to-end accounts payable operations across multiple business entities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of five AP team members, fostering growth and accountability
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, vendor payments, and employee expenses
- Build and maintain positive vendor partnerships while resolving discrepancies efficiently
- Manage payment workflows, including checks, ACH transactions, and positive pay controls
- Partner with accounting and finance teams to support month-end close and reporting activities
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance controls, and improve overall efficiency
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and relevant financial compliance standards
