Professional NEMT Driver

Overview
We are working with a leading NEMT company to find a reliable and dedicated NON-CDL Driver. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and customer service, with demonstrable driving experience . This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive rapport with passengers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable transportation for passengers, including those using wheelchairs or mobility devices.
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles, securing mobility aids, and ensuring their comfort.
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety regulations.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and follow designated routes and schedules.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on compassion and professionalism.

Requirements

For CDL Drivers:

• Valid CDL License.
• Valid Passenger Endorsement
• Clean MVR
• Verifiable CDL experience is encouraged, but not required
• Ability to assist passengers in wheelchairs and secure mobility devices.
• Pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
