Long established Real Estate company in Great Neck has an excellent opportunity for a Collections Specialist, responsible for all tenant collections issues, including but not limited to past due balance collections and accounts receivable. Must be detail oriented, assertive, organized and thrive in a fast paced environment.
MUST REPORT TO OFFICE IN GREAT NECK FULL TIME MON-FRI.

CONSUMER COLLECTIONS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
R/E experience a real plus!!

Responsibilities:
- Review tenant accounts/aging reports for a huge portfolio of properties in the Metro NY area to evaluate and determine action plans pertaining to past due balances.
- Be polite and professional in all situations while negotiating payment arrangements.
- Bilingual (Spanish and/or Armenian a real plus!)
- Computer Savvy

Monday to Friday; Mon-Thurs, 9-5:30pm, Fri 9-4pm

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
