Intake Team LeadCareer Consulting Partners is partnered with a leading plaintiff’s personal injury law firm that has provided legal representation to clients across 40 cities throughout California, and a staff of 40 employees. Their practice is dedicated to providing individuals who have suffered personal injuries or assaults with experienced, compassionate legal representation.We are seeking an experienced Intake Team Lead to help lead our expanding Intake Department and support the firm’s continued growth. This role supports attorneys handling elder abuse matters from intake through trial while also managing critical calendaring and court-related tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced litigation environment. This individual helps set the tone for client interactions and ensures every potential client receives the highest standard of care and professionalism.Duties/Responsibilities:Oversee daily intake operations, including scheduling, coverage, and workflow managementEnsure all calls are handled promptly, professionally, and with empathyTrain, coach, and mentor Intake Specialists; assist with onboarding and performance developmentConduct QA/QC reviews of calls, documentation, and data entryAssist with tracking performance metrics (conversion rates, response times, etc.)Support process improvements, business system integration, and technology optimizationAssist with updating scripts, processes, and client materialsServe as a backup Intake Specialist when needed and support administrative tasksQualifications:A bachelor’s degree is a plusStrong customer service and communication skills; high empathy and professionalismLeadership experience with coaching or team supervisionStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with platforms like Litify, RingCentral, or other CRM systems preferredTech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quicklyExperience in personal injury or legal intake is a plusCompensation & Benefits:Salary Compensation: $70,000 Paid Time Off (PTO) & Sick Days: You’ll receive 10 paid days off annually401K PlanPaid HolidaysFull coverage for health, vision, and dental insurancePaid parking Performance & Growth: After your 90-day review, we conduct annual performance reviews to assess growth and provide feedbackLocation:Century City, California (90067)***Please note that we at Career Consulting Partners will be sure to keep your information private.
