Job Title: Machine Operator / General Labor

Pay Rate:
$16.50/hour starting pay
Increase to $17.00/hour after 90 days with a performance review
Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Up to 10 hours of overtime available weekly
Job Description
We are seeking dependable and motivated General Labor / Machine Operators to join our production team in Romeo, MI. This position involves material handling and operating production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Load rolls of foam and cloth materials onto poles
Pull and stack materials together accurately
Operate a table saw to cut materials to specification
Stack finished materials onto pallets
Operate press machines when needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
Basic machine operation experience preferred (training provided)
Strong attention to detail and safety
Reliable attendance and punctuality
