The Supply Chain Manager oversees day-to-day supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team
- Plan and execute supply chain strategies, demand forecasting, and inventory management
- Manage procurement, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations
- Oversee logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations
- Identify risks and implement solutions to ensure continuity of supply
- Drive process improvements using lean or continuous improvement methodologies
- Ensure compliance and report on key supply chain metrics
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of supply chain experience, including manufacturing
- 3 years of team leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain analytics
- Lean, Six Sigma, APICS (CSCP/CPIM) certifications a plus
