Job Title: Plumbing Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing plumbing systems, including calculations of water, gas, sanitary/sewer, and storm loads. They will also be expected to develop project specifications, perform site evaluations, attend meetings with clients and project teams, and provide construction administration.
Responsibilities:
- Design plumbing and fire protection systems, including calculations of water, gas, sanitary/sewer, and storm loads.
- Develop project specifications.
- Perform site evaluations.
- Attend meetings with clients and project teams.
- Develop contract drawings from Schematics through Construction Documents.
- Prepare filing drawings.
- Provide construction administration, including reviewing submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT.
- Strong skills in Elite Fire Hydraulic Calculations Software.
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
Salary : $85,000 - $130,000
