Expected Duties
- Layout and design for HVAC systems in commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate system scope, design layout and drawings with clients and other disciplines.
- Assist in the production of detailed schematics that meet customer requirements and local building codes.
- Some travel required for client meetings and job site visits.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Designer
- Technical knowledge of HVAC system design and operation.
- Proficient with Auto CAD.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Revit experience is required.
- Multi-family experience preferred.
