New Graduate Architect

C3 Architecture is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Project Architect. Candidates must have strong architectural design and technical skills along with the ability to handle a variety of tasks. At C3 Architecture you will work as part of a team developing architectural designs and produce drawings and documentation throughout all project phases. C3 will assist Junior Architects to further their education and experience and provide a clear path to licensure.

Typical responsibilities of this position are:

• Participate in client meetings and understand client needs to develop architectural solutions.
• Develop timely, high-quality architectural designs. Develop technical solutions through all phases of a project.
• Produce conceptual renderings for project design and presentation.
• Prepare architectural construction documents and related specifications.
• Involvement in Construction Administration and project completion.
• Possess the desire and ability to learn, advance, and grow in a team-oriented work environment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Previous internship experience is desired, preferably in an architectural firm
• Solid communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize simultaneous assignments and work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of architectural principles and practices.
• Knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
• Proficiency in the following software packages is preferred:
  • AutoCAD Architecture and Revit.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Primarily InDesign & Photoshop)
