What are the responsibilities and job description for the Heat Treat Operator position at Career Centered Staffing?
Willoughby manufacturer is in need of dependable heat treat operators.
This is a 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift position that includes working on the weekends.
Heat Treat Operator Responsibilities:
- Prepare parts to be loaded into furnace.
- Load and unload the furnace.
- Monitor furnace during operation.
- Stamp parts for identification as required.
- Move parts with tow motor or cart as required.
Heat Treat Operator Qualifications:
- Have at least three years of similar manufacturing experience.
- Be capable of passing a basic skills assessment test.
- Be capable of lifting 50 lbs, frequently
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Be capable of passing a drug test.
- Have a clean background.
- Solid work history - no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years with no gaps in employment.
