Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Admissions Representative is responsible for the following duties:Schedule appointmentsSubmit daily and weekly reports/auditsFollow up on prospective student leadsPrepare and type correspondence as directedFile and maintain paperwork and recordsMaintain and update student records in the student information system accurately and in a timely manner.Track prospective student interactions and follow up to ensure a smooth admissions process.Greet students and clients in a professional mannerPerform general office duties, including answering emails, answering phones, taking messages, filing, etc.Cooperate with the Campus Director, Assistant Campus Director, Receptionist, Student Services, Financial Aid, Career Services, and InstructorsClock in and out according to company policies and proceduresParticipate in orientation and Open House events as assignedDistribute books and supplies to studentsMeet enrollment goals set by the CEO, President, Campus Director, and/or Assistant Campus DirectorAttend promotional activities for the school as assignedAssist students and prospective students in contacting appropriate personnel or obtaining requested informationAttend all staff meetingsReport any major problems to the Lead Admissions Representative, Campus Director, Assistant Campus Director and/or Human ResourcesMaintain office supplies and inventory, and order as needed in advance to ensure timely delivery.Uphold and enforce school policiesDemonstrate professional behavior and demeanor at all times with students and staffMaintain appropriate confidentially regarding staff and student mattersThe fact that certain duties may not be listed does not limitthe performance of additional duties.Qualifications and SkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalency and/or 1 years’ experience in related fieldtrong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills requiredAbility to work on a team and work independently requiredDetail orientated and well-organizedPositive attitude requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment requiredCompany DescriptionMissionThe objective of the Admissions Representative is to present complete and detailedinformation to prospective students about Career Care Institute’s programs, policies,admission requirements, tuition and fees, program objectives, career opportunities forgraduates, and statistical information.
