Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced OSD (Oral Solid Dose) Compression & Granulation Operator to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tablet compression, granulation, blending, and related OSD manufacturing equipment while strictly following cGMP, SOP, safety, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor OSD compression and granulation equipment according to approved SOPs and batch records.
Perform setup, operation, cleaning, changeover, and basic troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
Execute wet/dry granulation, blending, milling, and tablet compression activities as required.
Monitor equipment parameters and product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Perform in-process checks and document results accurately.
Follow approved Master Batch Records (MBRs), SOPs, cGMP, and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate production and equipment documentation.
Identify and report equipment abnormalities, process deviations, and quality concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
Assist with equipment disassembly, cleaning, assembly, and line clearance.
Maintain proper material identification, weighing, dispensing, and traceability.
Follow all applicable pharmaceutical manufacturing, hygiene, and contamination-control requirements.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
