Azure Administrator
Our Azure Administrator’s primary responsibility is to perform technical tasks for CareDx’s digital clients using directly related to the implementation and support of the digital systems. The administrator will identify network, application, and database issues resolving them quickly often working with multiple parties on a day-to-day basis. They will work closely with the project managers to ensure that scope, cost, timelines, and contractual deliverables are accomplished.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of assigned tasks to comply with the scope, risks, timeline, and costs throughout the project lifecycle
- Create and update necessary system and task documents to maintain a documented history of customer needs, and ensure task documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Accountable for ensuring all incidents and problems related to the service are resolved within agreed SLAs regardless of which IT function is responsible to resolve
- Identify opportunities to enhance the support processes for an application or reduce the manual intervention required via more automation.
- Maintain contact with colleagues in IT Services functions (Production Services) to encourage cross-functional teaming and knowledge sharing.
- Perform system hardware, database, and configuration analysis to ensure product integrity and performance
- Identify configuration issues and networking issues associated with Hyper-V and virtual system administration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, related field, or equivalent work experience required
- 2 plus years of experience in system engineering or programming. Implementing, configuring, automating, and monitoring
- 2 plus years of experience in troubleshooting software interfaces
- Proficient in writing complex custom SQL queries
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud, App Services, Security Services (active directory, RBAC, key vault, managed identity), and Virtual Machine
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience creating and maintaining websites using IIS
- Knowledge of other coding languages such as .NET, ASP .NET MVC, Visual Studio, Python, C , JAVA, JavaScript, PHP, NodeJS,
- Experience performing data conversions
