Assistant Director of Maintenance

CareCore at Margaret Hall is looking for a reliable, hands-on Assistant Director of Maintenance to join our leadership team. If you’re someone who takes pride in keeping a building running smoothly, loves problem-solving, and enjoys supporting a community that cares deeply for its residents—you’ll fit right in with us.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Director of Maintenance in daily operations
• Assist with preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety checks
• Help oversee maintenance staff and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents and staff
• Assist with regulatory compliance and documentation
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in maintenance work (healthcare or long-term care preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of building systems, repairs, and safety procedures
• Dependability, initiative, and a team-first mindset
• Must be able to pass a Level 2 Background Check
