Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate resident transportation for medical appointments and other needs
- Safely transport residents to and from appointments
- Communicate with nursing staff, residents, families, and outside providers regarding transportation
- Maintain an organized transportation schedule and adjust as needed
- Assist residents with safely entering and exiting the vehicle
- Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and ready for use
- Provide friendly, professional support to residents throughout transportation
- Must be at least 25 years old to drive a company vehicle
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record required
- Healthcare experience preferred
- CNA/STNA, DSP, caregiver, or similar experience is a plus
- Comfortable working with elderly and long-term care residents
- Strong organizational and communication skills
