- Provide compassionate personal care and gentle handling for patients.
- Assist with transportation, meals, ADLs, and transfers.
- Obtain vitals and maintain accurate documentation.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff.
- Ensure resident safety with proper use of call lights, side rails, and dry floors.
- Follow universal precautions at all times.
- Must be registered by the State of Ohio with an STNA Certificate.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
- All candidates are subject to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
