Director of Admissions and Marketing

An established and reputable Skilled Nursing Facility in the Dayton area is seeking an Admissions and Marketing Director to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) who thrives on building relationships and driving census growth.

Qualifications:

• Established professional contacts with area physicians, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Proven experience in admissions within a healthcare setting, specifically LTC or SNF.
• Strong leadership, communication, and sales/marketing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Represent the facility within the healthcare community to promote services and strengthen partnerships.
• Drive census growth through strategic outreach and relationship building.
• Manage the admissions process, ensuring accuracy and a positive experience for residents and families.
• Conduct tours and collaborate with the Admissions Coordinator to convert inquiries into move-ins.
• Handle referrals efficiently and maintain strong follow-up practices.
• Participate in community engagement and outreach initiatives.
• Assist in developing and executing quarterly and annual marketing plans.
  
  
  

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in LTC or SNF required (candidates without this experience will not be considered).
