Dietary Director

CareCore at Lima is seeking an experienced Dietary Director to oversee our dietary department and lead a team dedicated to providing quality meals and excellent service to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily dietary department operations
• Supervise, train, and schedule dietary staff
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Oversee menu implementation, food ordering, and inventory
• Collaborate with clinical teams to meet resident dietary needs
• Maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• ServSafe Certification Required
• Previous dietary management experience, preferably in long-term care, skilled nursing, healthcare, or senior living
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards and dietary regulations
