- Oversee and ensure the proper administration of comprehensive care to residents.
- Provide general nursing care in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs), ensuring adherence to nursing standards, regulations, and facility policies.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Uphold professional nursing practices and provide guidance to team members.
- Valid LPN or RN license in the State of Ohio.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Commitment to delivering quality care with compassion and professionalism.
- Management experience in a LTC/SNF setting preffered.
