Admissions Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and driven Admissions Coordinator to join our team in Lima, Ohio. This role is essential to building strong relationships with families, hospital partners, and the community while ensuring a smooth and welcoming admissions process for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the admissions process from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring a positive experience for residents and families
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, hospitals, and community partners
• Create and implement marketing strategies to promote the facility and build census
• Conduct tours and presentations with professionalism, warmth, and knowledge
• Collaborate with leadership to meet and exceed census goals
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, or related field (LTC/SNF experience strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Private Insruance preffered
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build lasting relationships with community partners and families
