Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic procedures including botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, laser hair removal, and other skin rejuvenation services with precision and care.
- Conduct consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety protocols in compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage patient records accurately using advanced salon or medical spa software such as Millennium or MINDBODY.
- Engage with clients through social media management and guest services to promote services and foster client loyalty.
- Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products and treatment packages that meet client goals.
- Support front desk operations including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth client flow.
Qualifications
- Valid licensure as an NP, PA, RN, or certification as an aesthetic injector with experience in botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers.
- Proven experience in med spa or cosmetic dermatology settings preferred; familiarity with laser treatments such as esthetic laser therapy is a plus.
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of salon software systems like Millennium or MINDBODY; experience with social media management is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively and provide outstanding customer service.
- Ability to uphold strict sanitation standards and maintain a safe treatment environment.
- Additional skills such as makeup application, eyelash extensions, hair styling, nail care, body waxing, hair threading, tattooing, or barbering are considered valuable assets for cross-service promotion.
