Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care, including IV therapy, treatments, wound care, medication administration, and other clinical needs as per physician orders and patient care plans.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments within the scope of nursing practice.
- Monitor and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
- Provide leadership by overseeing and supporting nursing assistants.
Qualifications:
- Current Ohio RN License
- Strong documentation skills; experience with PointClickCare is a plus
- A reliable work history with excellent attendance and punctuality
