CareCore at Montgomery is seeking a dependable team member to join us as a Transportation Driver/Medical Records. This position requires a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record. Licensed STNA is preffered.
In this role, you will:

Safely transport residents to and from scheduled appointments

Coordinate and schedule transportation needs

Maintain medical records, including filing, requests, and document management

Support additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:

STNA certification with experience in both medical records and transportation
- Valid Driver's Licese with clean driving record.
