Available Schedules:
6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
What You'll Do:
Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the clinical team.
Complete accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other departments to ensure excellent resident care.
Help create a safe, respectful, and positive environment for residents and their families.
What We're Looking For:
Current Ohio LPN license.
Strong clinical and communication skills.
Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus
Team player with a positive attitude.
Passion for providing exceptional resident care.
