What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at CareConnect Inc.?
Qualifications & Skills:
Must be Proficient with in the use of Computer and Office programs with at least High School diploma, have excellent communication & people skills, good organizational skills, and ability to adapt to change. Must also be CPR & First Aid certified.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answer Calls/ Receive visitors
- Process Referrals and ascertain the completeness of the required documents.
- EVS client’s details at the beginning of each month to ensure eligibility for services.
- Schedule intake with client/guardian.
- Review timesheets with corresponding contact notes.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
