Position Overview
As a CAREGIVER with CareCo, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and dignity of those we serve. You'll work closely with nurses, families, and other caregivers to deliver hands-on care and provide meaningful support for patients in their daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

• Monitor and report changes in patients' physical and emotional conditions to supervising staff.

• Support patients with meals, hydration, and medication reminders as directed.

• Provide companionship, comfort, and encouragement to enhance patients' quality of life.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients.

• Document care provided according to CareCo standards and policies.

Qualifications

• PSS required or a willingness to get certified.

• CPR certification preferred.

• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent care.

Compensation & Schedule
