Director of Sales and Marketing

CareCo - The Caregiving Company
Waco, TX Full Time
POSTED ON 9/7/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 3/2/2027

Pay: $100,000 - $115,000 per year

Job Description:

The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for driving lead volume, lead quality, and lead response across every CareCo office. Because each market depends on a steady pipeline of families reaching out for care, this role owns the systems, people, and vendor relationships that turn marketing investment into inquiries, and inquiries into scheduled care.

This role both builds and grows. You will build and lead a lead response team that engages every inbound inquiry quickly, so no family waits and no lead goes cold. You will manage our digital advertising campaigns and the marketing budget behind them, and you will create go-to-market direct marketing campaigns for our office directors to execute locally in their markets.

You will lead and manage a team of creative and marketing professionals, including brand managers, digital marketing specialists, and lead response coordinators, and you will manage the third-party vendors who provide SEO and related services, working to bring those services in-house as it makes sense for the business. The position demands sharp analytical judgment paired with strong people leadership. This role reports to Ownership, contributes to the culture of our HQ team, and supports our directors across every market we serve.
