Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Home Health Administrator to oversee our Connecticut operations. This leadership role is crucial in ensuring regulatory compliance, managing day-to-day functions, and upholding our culture of clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, budget, manage, and assess agency programs to meet performance goals

Teach, coach, and mentor nursing staff; provide in-home care if needed (e.g., call-outs)

Recruit qualified personnel, evaluate staff performance, and organize orientation/in-service programs

Develop record and statistical reporting systems for documentation and evaluation

Maintain compliance with licensure regulations and standards (state and federal)

Delegate administrative responsibilities in the Administrator's absence
Qualifications

Must meet Connecticut Department of Public Health requirements for Home Health Administrators

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (advanced degree preferred)
