As the Full-Time Senior Director of Operations at Careco Home Care, you will take charge of a range of critical responsibilities that ensure the smooth functioning of our services.

You will review daily & weekly P&L reports to monitor and grow gross margins, maintain daily touch-points with every office, drive weekly net-client growth, own state surveys and upper-level compliance, and ruthlessly control costs. When DPH or an angry family calls-day or night-you are the calm, authoritative voice who fixes it before it reaches the COO.

Additionally, you'll evaluate the staffing and client pipeline to optimize resource allocation effectively. Engaging with clients who are interested in additional services will be a key aspect of your role, ensuring their needs are met promptly.

To excel as the Full-Time Senior Director of Operations at Careco Home Care, you will need a well-rounded skill set that combines leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.

You are intellectually sharp and emotionally unflappable-bigger than the owner (or equal), comfortable with regulators and attorneys, and passionate about connecting dots. You combine uncompromising honesty with street-smart pragmatism and are available off-hours when the state or a family calls. Strong Excel, communication, and problem-solving skills are table stakes.
