CareCo Home Care is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Waterford, Connecticut office. This is a full-time salaried position for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in home care administration.
This role is ideal for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple responsibilities, and support day-to-day office operations while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- General administrative and office support
- Managing documentation and records
- Assisting with scheduling and coordination
- Communication with staff, clients, and caregivers
- Data entry and system management
- Supporting billing and operational processes
- MUST have experience with Medicaid and waiver billing
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Experience in home care or healthcare administration preferred
