Position Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing assistance with daily activities, offering companionship, and ensuring their safety and well-being in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide assistance with mobility, transferring, and positioning as needed.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and assist with feeding if required.
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Escort clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in caregiving, preferably in a home care setting.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and their families.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (preferred).
- Must pass a background check.
