Our mission is to make virtual care seamless, secure, and accessible enabling clinicians and patients to connect anytime, anywhere.As we expand our telehealth offerings, were looking for a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our technical team. Youll build features used by both providers and patients, work with medical-device data, and help scale a mission-critical healthcare platform. Role OverviewAs a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will:Design, implement, and maintain both front-end (web/mobile) and backend services of the CareClix platform.Collaborate with product, design, and clinical teams to deliver intuitive patient and provider experiences.Build and maintain secure, scalable REST APIs, data pipelines, and integrations (e.g. medical device data, EHR / third-party APIs).Ensure compliance with data-security and privacy standards relevant to healthcare (e.g. HIPAA).Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes; help define architectural standards and best practices for a growing product.Required Skills & Experience:3 years of experience in full-stack development (front-end back-end)Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or equivalent front-end framework), Node.js (or similar backend)Experience building RESTful APIs, designing database schemas, and working with relational or NoSQL databasesFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or equivalent) and dev-ops/deployment practicesStrong problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a distributed teamBonus if you have experience with healthcare software, data privacy / HIPAA compliance, or medical-device integrations Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $110,000 $140,000 per year (base), depending on experience and qualifications consistent with market data for full-stack engineers in Alexandria / DC-metro area.
