As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, You Will
Salary Range: $110,000 $140,000 per year (base), depending on experience and qualifications consistent with market data for full-stack engineers in Alexandria / DC-metro area.

Role Overview
As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, You Will
- Design, implement, and maintain both front-end (web/mobile) and backend services of the CareClix platform.
- Collaborate with product, design, and clinical teams to deliver intuitive patient and provider experiences.
- Build and maintain secure, scalable REST APIs, data pipelines, and integrations (e.g. medical device data, EHR / third-party APIs).
- Ensure compliance with data-security and privacy standards relevant to healthcare (e.g. HIPAA).
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes; help define architectural standards and best practices for a growing product.
- 3 years of experience in full-stack development (front-end back-end)
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or equivalent front-end framework), Node.js (or similar backend)
- Experience building RESTful APIs, designing database schemas, and working with relational or NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or equivalent) and dev-ops/deployment practices
- Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team
- Bonus if you have experience with healthcare software, data privacy / HIPAA compliance, or medical-device integrations
