We operate a high-volume, structured in-office environment built around professionalism, accuracy, and impact. We're growing fast and looking for the right people to grow with us.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be on the phones every day helping Medicaid members navigate the benefits available to them. Every person you speak with is already reaching out for help — your job is to guide them through a structured screening process, ask the right questions, document their information accurately, and connect them to the next step.
This is NOT a sales role. No cold calling. No selling. No pressure. Just structured, meaningful work where your consistency and professionalism make a real difference.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of calls daily
- Walk Medicaid members step-by-step through a structured screening form
- Ask eligibility questions clearly and confidently
- Accurately input and document member information into the system
- Connect members to the appropriate benefits and next steps
- Follow compliance guidelines and internal processes
- Meet daily production and quality benchmarks
Who We're Looking For
- Clear, professional, and patient communicator
- Customer-facing background preferred (hospitality, restaurants, retail, customer service)
- Computer literate — comfortable navigating systems while on a call
- Able to follow structured scripts and directions
- Detail-oriented and accurate with data entry
- Coachable, easygoing, and a team player
- Available to start immediately
- Full-time, in-office availability required
- Willing to fly to NYC for one day to complete certification — flight, hotel, meals, and pay 100% covered by CareCircle CS
Schedule
- Full-time | In-Office
- Monday through Friday
- 9:30AM to 6:30PM
- Immediate start available
Compensation
- $20 per hour
- Performance bonuses and spiffs for top producers
- Weekly pay
- Start this week and begin earning immediately
NYC Certification Trip
You will fly to New York City for one day to complete your required certification. Flight, hotel, meals, and pay are 100% covered. You will not pay a single dollar out of pocket.
