Responsibilities
- Provide companionship, assistance with daily living activities, and light housekeeping services to clients in their homes
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, under the guidance of a trained caregiver
- Encourage and support clients in maintaining their daily routines and habits
- Report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
- Collaborate with other care team members to ensure seamless and coordinated care
- Travel to client homes within the Carmel, IN area, using your own reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, bend, and move around safely, with or without accommodations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
