Urgent! Part-Time Caregiver - Arabic Speaking

Job Summary
CareBuilders at Home is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Arabic-speaking caregiver to provide essential support with daily living activities for a client in Carrollton. Experience in long-term care, memory care, or senior care is preferred. The ideal candidate will be committed to promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

This position requires 20 hours of work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals tailored to client preferences.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to medication schedules.
• Assist clients with mobility, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Support individuals with disabilities by providing tailored assistance based on their unique needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Document daily activities, changes in client condition, and any incidents that occur during shifts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in long-term care, home health, or memory care is preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration protocols is essential.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by client needs.
• Compassionate demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not mandatory.
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on client location.
