We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team at CareBuilders at Home – Pittsburgh PA. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing one-on-one care and support in their own homes. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with medication reminders
- Prepare meals, snacks, and hydration
- Engage in conversation and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment
- Document progressed notes and assist with task management
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding in working with clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to accommodate varied schedules
