Are you a people person with a knack for organization and a heart for helping people? Our home health aide agency is looking for a Recruiting & Compliance Manager who can bridge the gap between finding great talent and ensuring our team meets the highest standards of care.
- This isn’t just a "behind-the-desk" role. You will be the face of our agency for new hires and the reliable point of contact for our clients and caregivers during the busy evening hours.
The Details
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
- Role Type: Full-time, Hybrid (Roseland, NJ)
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Strategic Recruiting: Monitor staffing needs and execute recruitment campaigns via Indeed and the NJ Home Health Aide (HHA) database.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews to vet candidates for skills, reliability, and cultural fit.
- Orientation Leadership: Identify top-tier candidates for in-person orientation and lead the onboarding process to welcome them to the team.
Compliance & Documentation
- Onboarding Paperwork: Ensure all new hires complete 100% of required state and federal documentation.
- Credential Management: Audit existing caregiver files to ensure licenses, physicals, and certifications are up to date. No expired documents on your watch!
- Training Coordination: Assign mandatory training modules to caregivers and track completion to ensure 100% compliance.
After-Hours Coordination (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
- On-Call Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers and clients via phone and text.
- Problem Solving: Address immediate needs such as scheduling changes, call-outs, or fixing missed clock-ins/outs.
- Inbound Leads: Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, capturing lead information and explaining our services with empathy and professionalism.

Reliability: Our caregivers and clients count on you to be the "calm in the storm" during evening transitions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting (preferably in Home Care or Healthcare).
- Familiarity with the New Jersey home health aide requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and an "eagle eye" for detail in documentation.
- The ability to work independently during the evening hours.
