We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Professional to join our team. The (Community Liaison / Business Development Representative / Sales Professional ) will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with referral sources, and promoting our services to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities of a (Community Liaison / Business Development Representative / Sales Professional):
- Identify and develop relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, and other healthcare professionals.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Present and promote our services to potential clients and their families, emphasizing the benefits of our non-medical home care solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions for clients from initial inquiry to service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including prospecting efforts, meetings, and outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Familiarity with the healthcare industry and/or home care services is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and referral sources.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and achieve results.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
