Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Outreach Specialist. The Outreach Specialist will focus on community engagement by building relationships, conducting outreach activities, and representing CareBridge's mission in various settings. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with community members, responding to inquiries, delivering educational presentations, and identifying opportunities for collaboration with partners or stakeholders. Additionally, the Outreach Specialist will conduct research to identify community needs and assist with creating strategies to increase awareness and participation in CareBridge's programs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to diverse audiences.
- Experience in Customer Service and Community Outreach that fosters trust and builds relationships.
- Ability to conduct Research to identify and address community needs effectively.
- Proficiency in managing outreach strategies and coordinating community events.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities remotely.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Community Development, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare or value-based care organizations is advantageous.
