Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Male Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team in Apopka, Florida.
The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and passionate about helping individuals with developmental disabilities maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as assigned.
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Assist with daily routines and other care-related tasks.
Follow individualized care plans and document services provided.
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment.
Communicate professionally with clients and the care team.
Qualifications:
HHA certification or applicable caregiving experience preferred.
Required APD (Agency for Persons with Disabilities) trainings.
Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow individualized care plans and instructions.
Must pass a Level 2 background check.
Personal vehicle required.
Valid driver’s license required.
