Must be able to treat children ages 2 .
Current, unrestricted NP license in Oregon.
Required DEA registration for prescribing.
Proven experience in providing primary care, diagnostic services, and managing patient health issues through appropriate medications and treatment regimens.
Strong desire to drive health promotion, disease management, and prevention strategies.
Ability to provide virtual care when clinically appropriate.
Comply with all medical laws and HIPAA standards.

Position Details
- Location: 1101 W Main Street, Medford, OR 97501
- Work Schedule: Full-time, generally operating Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Base Compensation: $160,000 - $180,000 annually (negotiable based on qualifications).
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000.00 will be provided upon hire.
