We’re looking for a PRN Family Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative team in a PRN capacity. You’ll focus on early intervention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness in a setting that values quality over volume. We are looking for someone with availability to cover as needed during clinic operation hours.
Clinic Operating Hours
- Monday & Wednesday | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday | 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Comprehensive Care: Provide both in-person and virtual visits to increase access and continuity of care.
- Diagnosis & Planning: Prescribe medications and develop personalized health plans with your patients.
- Wellness Education: Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and lifestyle management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians.
- Culture: Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.
- Active and unrestricted FNP license in the practicing state.
- Board certification as an FNP.
- DEA registration.
- 2 years of primary care experience preferred.
- Experience treating patients ages 2 .
- Familiarity with HIPAA and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality.
- Ability to pass on-site credentialing.
