Caregiver / CNA / PCA – Hiring Now – Must Drive & Have a Car
BrightStar Care is a high-standard homecare agency looking for compassionate, dependable Caregivers, CNAs, and PCAs who are ready to provide excellent 1:1 care to our clients.
Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and your own car.
We currently have several openings throughout Central Connecticut:
New Britain, CT – 1:1 Female Client
Friday | 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Mild dementia, epilepsy, and anxiety
- Sensitive to fragrances
- Assistance with laundry, food preparation, and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Companionship
- Client has a cat
Newington, CT – 1:1 Female Client
Friday & Saturday | 9:00 AM–12:00 PM | Consistent Schedule
- Wheelchair-bound
- Hoyer lift; husband assists
- Assistance with toileting and showering
- Assistance with emptying ostomy bag
New Britain, CT – 1:1 Female Client
Tuesday & Wednesday | 1:00 PM–9:15 PM
- High fall risk
- Uses a walker and gait belt
- Assistance with bedtime and transfers
- Toileting assistance
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and light housekeeping
Bristol, CT – 1:1 Male Client
Tuesday & Wednesday | 1:00 PM–9:15 PM
- Uses a walker
- High fall risk
- Personal care assistance
- Transportation to appointments as needed
Farmington, CT – 1:1 Male Client
- Uses a walker
- High fall risk
- Assistance with showering, dressing, and grooming
- Medication reminders
- Safety monitoring
- Companionship
Avon, CT – 1:1 Female Client
Tuesday & Saturday | 1:00 PM–5:00 PM
- Lives with her husband
- Bedbound
- Assistance with sponge bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Laundry
- Companionship
- Safety monitoring
- Transportation as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Compassionate and dependable Caregivers, CNAs, or PCAs
- Valid driver’s license
- Own reliable vehicle
- Able to provide safe, respectful, and dependable 1:1 care
- Willing to commit to an ongoing schedule
- Experience with personal care and senior care is preferred
